14. Punishment for offence for which no punishment is provided.
- Whoever contravenes any provisions of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder for which no punishment is separately provided in this chapter, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to twenty thousand rupees, or with both.
