Section 10(1) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement Mechanism and related matters of Wind and Solar generating stations) Regulations, 2018
(1)Within three months from date of notification of these Regulations, the State Load Dispatch Centre shall formulate Operating Procedures and Business Rules for constitution of State Power Committee, which shall be approved by the State Commission.
