State of Maharashtra - Subsection

Section 13(1) in The Maharashtra Electricity (Special Powers) Act, 1946

(1)On the commencement of this Act in that part of the State of Bombay to which it is extended by the Bombay Electricity (Special Powers) (Extension Amendment) Act, 1958, the Saurahstra Electricity (Special Power) Act, 1953, shall stand repealed.
