Section 102H(2) in Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1976

(2)Subject to such conditions of service as may be specified by regulations made in this behalf, the Board may appoint [officers and staff] [Substituted by Act 20 of 2012 w.e.f. 14.3.2012.] as may be required to enable the Board to carry out its functions under this Act.
