Section 145(9) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2017
(9)If the representative sample of mine dust from any particular zone shows that the provisions of subregulation (3) regulation of 144 have not been complied with, immediate steps shall be taken to clean and treat whole of the zone so as to comply with the provisions of the said regulation.
