62. Time for payment of the balance of the purchase money.
- Section 76(1). - The remaining amount of the purchase money shall be paid by the purchaser to the sale officer within 15 days from the date of sale:Provided that in calculating the amount to be so paid to the sale officer the purchaser shall have a right to claim set off to which he may be entitled under rule 66.
