Since these applications have not been filed in the prescribed format Form -II appended to the Rules and no details with regard to the damage caused and on what ground 7 compensation is sought, has been provided, Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that they will submit on the next date whether the Applicants wish to withdraw these applications with liberty to file fresh applications under Section 15 conforming to the requirement under Form - II to the Rules of 2011. Learned Counsel further submits that they may be allowed to also consider whether the Applicant would file amended applications. Learned Counsel for the Applicant pray for two weeks' time.
