Section 13(ii) in The M.P. Licensing Board (Electrical) Regulations, 1960
(ii)Any person who has not resided or habitually worked in the Madhya Pradesh for the period specified in sub-regulation (1) may if satisfies other conditions regarding admission to an examination of the Board, be admitted to such examination at the discretion of the Board.
