Section 12(1) in The Government Savings Certificates Act, 1959
(1)The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make [rules] [For the Post Office Savings Certificates Rules, 1960, see Gazette of India, 1960 Pt. II, Section 3 (i) pp. 968-983] to carry out the purposes of this Act.
