1. On 31.01.2022, this Court had noted in para 30 of its order that W.P.(C) 9491/2020 and 1377/2021 would be treated as lead matters, learned counsel for the parties jointly pray that instead of W.P(C)1377/2021, W.P.(C)1225/2021 be treated as one of the two lead matters. At the request of the parties, it is directed that W.P.(C)9491/2020 and W.P.(C)1225/2021 will be treated as the lead matters.
2. Pleadings in some of the matters are still not complete. In some of the other matters, where counter affidavits already stand filed, learned counsel for the respondents pray for time to file additional affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioners have no objection to the said request.
3. The respondents are accordingly granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavits, if not already filed as also additional affidavits wherever they wish to. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
4. Interim orders to continue till the next date. It is made clear that the interim orders will bind all the respondents as also the assignees of the debt from the original lenders before this Court. In the light of the interim order dated 31.01.2022, the respective banks/financial institutions are directed to provide appropriate information regarding the petitioners to Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL) in accordance with the interim order dated 31.01.2022 so that the Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:GARIMA MADAN Signing Date:29.03.2022 17:34:26 ratings of the petitioners are suitably amended.
5. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents in some of the petitions submit that their cases are not similarly placed as those referred to in the order dated 31.01.2022. Even though prima facie, this Court does not find any merit in the said submission, Mr.Sanjeev Sagar, learned counsel for the respondents in W.P.(C)12368/2021 offers to take upon himself the responsibility to place on record details of matters, where learned counsel for the respondents seek to contend that the matters are not similar to those referred to in the interim order dated 31.01.2022. Learned counsel for the respondents are therefore granted liberty to approach Mr. Sagar, who will then file a compilation before this Court setting out details regarding the matters, which it is claimed, are not covered by the interim order dated 31.01.2022.

7. This is an application filed by one Mr. Pershant Kumar Jain, who claiming to be similarly placed as the original petitioners seeks impleadment in the writ petition.
8. Issue notice. Mr. Hemant Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Piramal Capital and Housing Finance Limited accepts notice and submits that the respondent no. 7 has been taken over by M/s. Piramal Capital and Housing Finance Limited.
