Section 270 in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
270. Bar on jurisdiction.
- Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act or rules made thereunder, no Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to settle, decide or otherwise deal with any question which is by or under this Chapter is required to be settled, decided or dealt with by the Corporation or the Commissioner.
