(c)(i)If a vacancy in the office of the Chairman of the Project Committee arises, the Apex Committee shall nominate one of the members of Managing Committee of the Project Committee as the Chairman;(ii)If a vacancy of a member of the Managing Committee of a Project Committee arises, the Apex Committee shall nominate one of the general body members of the Project Committee as a member:
