(9)The Authority shall also publish a notice in a prominent place in atleast two (2) local daily newspapers [one English and one Telugu] indicating the fact of the final approval of the Land Use Map and the Development Plan and the place(s) and time(s) where a copy of each of the said Land Use Map and the Development Plan can be inspected.
