G.S.R. 331(E), dated 8.5.2007. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 156 of the Customs Act,1962(52 of 1962), read with clauses (n) and (u) of sub-section (2) of section 11 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
