Section 32(1) in Delhi Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 2004
(1)There shall be constituted an Advisory Council for ancient and historical monuments and archaeological sites and remains of State importance to be called in Delhi Archaeological Advisory Council (hereinafter referred to as the Advisory Council) for the purpose of advising the Government on matters of policy relating to the field of archaeology in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
