Section 26(9) in The Dock Workers (Safety, Health And Welfare) Regulations, 1990
(9)Cargo shall be stacked sufficiently far from the ladder to leave at each rung of the ladder foothold of a depth including any space behind the ladder of not less than 12 centimetres for a width of 25 centimetres.
