Section 19(xiii) in The U.P. Electricity Supply (Consumers) Regulations, 1984
(xiii)The consumer hereby accepts to abide by the provisions of the U.P. Government Electrical Undertakings (Dues Recovery) Act, 1958, as modified from time to time in cases of default in payment of bills.
