Section 1 in Brentford Electric (India) Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings) Act, 1987
1. Short title and Commencement.-
(1)This Act may be called the Brentford Electric (India) Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1987.(2)The provisions of sections 26 and 27 shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 1986.
