(2)The application shall, if in order, be listed before the Bench headed by the Chairperson or in his absence the Vice-Chairperson nominated by him in the case of the Principal Bench and before the Vice-Chairperson and in his absence before the senior-most available Member for orders in the case of other Benches. __________
