Section 2(vii) in The Orissa Animal Contagious Diseases Rules, 1957
(vii)"Animal" means any domesticated animal or bird or any animal or bird kept in confinement including bulls, bullocks, buffaloes, cows, pigs, horses, mules, asses and young stock of any of them.
