Section 236(1) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2017
(1)Owner, agent and manager in consultation with the expert agencies, shall frame suitable code of safe practices and standard operating procedures for development, extraction, storage, transport and all other related operations, required for extraction of abandoned mine methane or coal mine methane as the case may be.
