Section 463(2) in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(2)All the provisions of this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder shall apply to any place provided under sub-section (1) outside Calcutta and vesting in the Corporation as if such place were situated within Calcutta.
