34. Submission of accounts
. (1) The market committee shall, within four months of the closing of the market year, submit the audited statement of accounts for that market year with the audit report, the replies of the market committee to the audit observations, if any, and the annual administration report authenticated in the manner stated in sub-rule (4) of rule 33 to the Board and the Director.(2)The market committee shall comply with all instructions and directions that may be given or issued by the Board from time to time in connection with the accounts or the audit report.
