Section 1 in The Commissions Of Inquiry (Central) Rules, 1972
1. Short title, commencement and application .-(1) These rules may be called The Commissions of Inquiry (Central) Rules, 1972.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)They shall apply to a Commission of Inquiry appointed by the Central Government under section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952).
