Section 10 in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
10. Supervening disqualification of the President or nominated or elected member. -
If the President or a nominated or elected member becomes, after his appointment or nomination or election, as the case may be, subject to any of the disqualifications specified in section 14 he shall cease to hold office with effect from such date as the State Government may direct.
