Section 7(2) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(2)At every meeting of the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.], the Chairman, if present, or in his absence, the Vice-Chairman, and if there be no Chairman or Vice-Chairman, present, then, any one of its members, whom the members present may elect, shall preside.
