Section 8 in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
8. Visitor to inspect veterinary colleges, hospitals and institutions and examinations held by a University, Board or other veterinary institution.
- The Council shall appoint such number of visitors as it may deem requisite to inspect any veterinary college, hospital or other institution where veterinary education is !riven or to attend an examination held by any University, Board or other veterinary institution therefor.
