Section 59A(9) in The Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962
(9)Leave Travel Concession. - The Chairman, or a Member shall be entitled to the leave travel concession at the same rates and the same scales and on the same conditions as are applicable to Group "A" Officer of the Central Government drawing a pay in the scale of Rs. 22,400-525-24,400 or above.
