Section 23(2) in The M.P. Municipal Service (Executive) Rules, 1973
(2)No allowance or additions to pay shall be allowed to a member of the service other than such allowance as may be granted to a Government employee in parallel circumstances under the Fundamental Rules applicable to persons employed in the service of the State of Madhya Pradesh.
