195. Penalty for certain misdemeanor under section 141.
If no cause is shown within a specified time or the cause shown is not considered satisfactory, the Registrar may order a penalty for every contravention referred to in(i)clauses (a), (b), (e), (f) and (g) of section 141, a sum not exceeding one thousand rupees;(ii)clauses (c) and (d) of section 141, a sum not exceeding one-half of the amount of the outstanding loan (in addition to enforcing immediate repayment of the entire outstanding loan to the society or the financing bank concerned).
