The prayer in these writ petitions is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' individual representations dated 08.11.2016 and pass the appropriate orders to absorb the petitioners in the post of Hospital worker in the Primary Health Centre, Sidha Division, Pudukkottai District.
2.Having regard to the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the cases, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' individual representations dated 08.11.2016, seeking to absorb them in the post of Hospital worker in Primary Health Centre, Sidha Division, Pudukkottai District, and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.1724 and 1725 of 2017 are closed.
