Section 10 in Bihar Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1994
10. Rebate on payment of tax paid in advance.
- A rebate of [10%] [Substituted for 5% by Bihar Act 8 of 2010.] on the annual tax payable in respect of transport vehicles shall be allowed if such annual tax is paid in advance.
