Section 51 in Maharashtra Horticulture Development Corporation Act, 1984
51. Standard yield.
- A farm or an estate shall be organised for growth and production of one or more major crops of horticulture produce. initial project report or subsequent annual or term production plan shall indicate the input and output data indicating the expected yield of these crops. Such an yield shall be known as standard yield which shall be fixed before the commencement of each farming year or season in advance, and include the yield from all the horticulture produce in the farm or estate.
