This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 1034 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for petitioners.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed and now after committal process, placed before the Additional Sub Court, Tirunelveli, in S.C.No.669 of 2022. So, the matter has become infructuous.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
