Section 55 in The Punjab Infrastructure (Development & Regulation) Act, 2002
55. Over-riding effect on other laws.
- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act, or rules or regulations or bye-laws made thereunder, shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in other law, enacted by the State Legislator and for the time being in force in the State of Punjab.
