Section 96(2) in The Maharashtra Medical Council Rules, 1967
(2)There shall be made every year and entered in the printed list of registered practitioners, enumeration of -(i)The total number of persons borne on the register on the 31st December immediately preceding such year;(ii)The number of persons added by registration during such preceding years;(iii)The number restored to the register;(iv)The number removed from the register, stating the sanction of the Act under which the name has been removed; and(v)The number removed by reason of death.
