Section 15(2)(a) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975

(a)put in 75% of attendance of total working days from the opening day of the academic year till the date which is twenty days prior to the commencement of practical/oral examinations, whichever is earlier, in case of March examinations and from the opening day of the second term till the date which is twenty days prior to the commencement of practical/oral examinations, whichever is earlier, in case of October examination.
