Section 63 in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935
63. Limitation.
- Notwithstanding any of the provisions of the [lndian Limitation Act, 1908 (9 of 1908)] [Now Limitation Act, 1963.], the period of limitation tor debt including interest due to a registered society by a member thereof shall be computed from the date on which such member dies or ceases to be a member of the society.
