Section 87A(1) in Telangana Land Revenue Act, 1317 F.
(1)Notwithstanding anything in this Act, the Government may, by notification published in the Telangana Gazette, delegate their powers under section 87 to the Settlement Commissioner, and may, by like notification, withdraw any such delegation.
