66. Procuring entity's right to accept or reject any or all bids.
- The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the bidders. Reasons for doing so shall be recorded in writing.
