Let the affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the record. In
spite of notice, none appears on behalf of the opposite parties.
The appellant/applicant is directed to serve copies of this application upon
the learned Government Pleader as well as upon Mr. Biswajit De, the learned
advocate who appeared for the respondent No. 5 in the trial Court.
Let this application appear along with the main appeal being M.A.T. 1350 of 2018.
In the meantime, there shall be stay of operation of the order impugned in the appeal only to the extent of imposition of costs upon the writ petitioner till the disposal of the appeal.
Re: M.A.T. 1350 of 2018 2 The appellant is directed to prepare and file the requisite number of informal paper books, out of Court, within a period of four weeks and to file it in the department.
