Section 65 in U.P. State Co-operative Societies Election Rules, 2014
65.
With a view to holding the election of the cooperative societies in the prescribed and fair manner the code of the cooperative election conduct shall be notified by the Commission which shall be applicable to the person or persons or authority or authorities specified by the Commission from the date of election for any society or any class or classes of societies up to the date specified by the Commission.
