Section 41 in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1968
41. Liability to furnish information.
- Every officer and every member of a society shall furnish such information in regard to the transactions or working of the society as may be required of him by the Registrar or an auditor, arbitrator, liquidator or any person conducting an inspection or enquiry.
