(6)The Visitor may inform the Vice-Chancellor about the results of such inspection, scrutiny, investigation, survey or inquiry and the Vice-Chancellor shall communicate to the Governing Body, the views of the Visitor alongwith such advice, as the Visitor may have tendered and the action to be taken on such advice.
