Section 6(1) in Tamil Nadu Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
(1)Upon the registration of a project as per section 5 read with section 3 of the Act, the Authority shall issue a registration certificate with a registration number in Form 'C' to the promoter.
