5C. No authority for removal of body or part thereof when body is entrusted to another only for interment or cremation. —
No authority for the removal of the body or any part thereof for the purposes of this Act shall be given under section 5B in respect of any body of a deceased person by a person entrusted with the body for the purpose only of its interment or cremation.
