Section 17(1) in Punjab Public Carrier Goods Agents Licensing Rules, 1979
(1)A collecting agent shall carry with him his licence while on duty and shall produce it on demand to any inspecting officer of the department of transport not below the rank of Secretary, Regional Transport Authority or District Transport Officer.
