Section 10 in The Rajasthan Housing Board Act, 1970
10. Vacancy of a member.
- If a member-(a)becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 7:(b)tenders his resignation in writing to the Government and the same is accepted: or(c)is absent without the permission of the Board from three consecutive meetings of the Board, he shall cease to be a member, from such date as the Government may declare.
