2. Amendment of section 17 of Act 1 of 1894.
- In clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, as amended by Punjab Act II of 1954, after the words "labour colonies" the words "or houses for any other class of people" shall be inserted.
