Section 8(7) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(7)If the University does not comply with such direction within the time limit as may be fixed in that behalf by the State Government, the State Government shall have the power to appoint any person or body to comply with such direction and make such order as may be necessary for the execution thereof.
